A supportive, evidence-based Music Therapy Social Group designed for adults aged 18 years and over with disability.

The program supports participants to build social skills, regulate emotions, and experience meaningful connection through the power of music.

Who Is This Program For?

This program is suitable for adults (18+) who experience: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability (ID), ADHD, Psychosocial Disability, Anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, or social isolation

Support Levels: Low – Medium – High
Small group size ensures a safe, inclusive, and well-supported environment for every participant.

Structured and Supportive Sessions
Each session follows a clear yet flexible structure, helping participants feel comfortable, secure, and engaged.

Safe Emotional Expression Through Music
Music helps participants express emotions and release stress in a safe, supportive, and non-verbal way.

Group Music-Making and Creativity
Participants make music together using drums, keyboard, guitar, and voice, supporting connection and self-expression.

Social Skills and Emotional Wellbeing
Music activities build turn-taking, listening, cooperation, and promote relaxation and emotional wellbeing.
Music Therapy is an evidence-based allied health intervention delivered by a Registered Music Therapist.

No musical experience is required. Music is used therapeutically to support emotional expression, social connection, and mental wellbeing, within structured yet flexible sessions designed to help participants feel safe, supported, and engaged.
